There is a version of you waiting to be remembered.
Hi, I’m Shannon Stringer, LMFT
You’ve spent years holding it all together—for your family, your work, everyone else. But now, something’s shifted. Maybe you feel lost, invisible, burned out, or like you’ve outgrown the life you’ve been living. You might be asking, “Is this it?” or “When do I get to take care of me?”
I work with women who are navigating the messy, meaningful transitions of midlife and beyond—grief, identity shifts, empty nesting, relationship changes, or just the quiet ache of knowing something needs to change. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to perform or pretend. It’s a space to be fully seen, gently supported, and maybe even laugh a little through the hard stuff.
I blend practical tools like CBT with deep healing approaches like brainspotting, somatic work, and hypnotherapy—always led by your pace and your story. Most of all, I bring warmth, compassion, and a sense of humor to help you feel safe, connected, and understood.
This season of life can be powerful. Let’s help you come home to yourself.
